Teaching martial arts and Zen meditation, people will often ask what one has to do with the other. Without going into a ten thousand word essay, let’s just say that Zen helps one be mindful of their surroundings and that obviously has benefits to effective self defense. If you are mindful and somewhat calm, you will be able to utilize the martial art training when attacked. If your mind is wondering you won’t see the attack coming. Very simple.

Guns are about firepower. A soldier without a gun in the battlefield is as good as dead. Even in war games. Players must have better weapons, if it is all about winning. An airsoft minigun can enhance your game.
Students, professionals, and the plain adventurous go for war games. They cannot be without any gun to demolish the enemy. The airsoft minigun suits them right with its impressive firepower. The velocity with which it spews the BB balls can dent tin cans, and can be very painful if you are hit in the wrong places.

The GNU Riders Choice is a freestyle snowboard. This year, I bought myself one with some money I received for Christmas. I went with the 157.5 Magne-Traction model after reviewing several snowboards on Snowboard Reviews.
The graphics and layout of the board have been redesigned for this years model. GNU is also now offering Magne-Traction on the Riders Choice. Magne-Traction is basically seven points of contact (kind of like little nubs) which are added along each side of the snowboard. I went with the Magne-Traction because I ride in a lot of icy conditions and will often wash out on my old GNU Cummings board.
